Everyone comes to us with a dream. Our job is to bring it to life in the most cost and time-efficient way possible.

Our services include site planning, design, architectural interior design and construction. We have a depth of experience in each of these elements, and bring each stage to completion with a broad understanding of the impact in each decision. We are equally "at home" with new construction or renovation.

We divide our services into three initial phases:

Phase I: In the Schematic Design component, we consult with you and propose initial designs.

Phase II: During Design Development, based on approved schematics, we will prepare drawings which will fix and describe the project's character and size.

Phase III: During the Construction Documents stage, we will further develop the approved drawings and specifications, setting forth in detail the construction requirements.

Additional Services Include:

Interior Architectural Design. This may involve components from interior elevations and details to lighting and electrical plans.

Interior Design and Finishes. We can supply you with everything from furniture design and drawings, floor and wall finishes, paint colors, appliance selections and plumbing selections.

Estimates. We have good working relationships with many estimators who can provide detailed estimates of construction costs.

Bidding Negotiation. We can assist you in awarding and preparing construction contracts and aid you in receiving competitive bids from various contractors.

Construction Administration. We can act as your representative during the construction phase, advising and consulting with you on a regular basis.

Exterior Hardscapes. We can provide site Planning and layouts for elements such as pools, terraces, retaining walls and garden structures.

Governmental Filing. We can assist you with filing documents required for governmental authorities having project jurisdiction.
